No, I find it shocking that you don't know what is a metaphor.

I've only ever had one fight with a friend in my whole life and that was when I was in year seven. I can't actually think of anyone in my social circle who has had a fight in the past idk five years? :s-smilie: I think you're basing this idea on stereotypes found in TV and films.
Because guys don't try to squish you like a bug when they are annoyed/jealous etc. with/of you...

Well that is an observation of mine.
I don't know? It's really strange, I think that maybe girls get threatened more easily. :dontknow:

its an easy mistake to make.

That's not a metaphor. More like hyperbole or something like that.

Yes it is a figure of speech - that's what hyperbole is

hy·per·bo·le

[hahy-pur-buh-lee]

noun Rhetoric .1.obvious and intentional exaggeration.

2.an extravagant statement or figure of speech not intended to be taken literally, as “to wait aneternity

Mainly because most girls try to avoid conflict and keep what they think to themselves and end up making little comments and dropping hints.
