Any good red/purple hair dyes for dark hair?

I really want to dye my hair a dark red/purple colour. My hair is very dark, about one or two shades away from black. I have the Loreal Casting Creme Gloss in Blackcurrant which is for dark hair, which I will use. As I've never dyed my hair before, I'm not sure of all the brands. Are there any good red/purple dyes aimed at darker hair colours? Thank you :smile:

I've found that Garnier Olia - the purple one is good. Although when you first rinse out the dye, the purple is quite dark - almost black.

Not aimed specifically at dark hair, but I used http://images4.mysupermarket.co.uk/Products_1000/54/302554.jpg

(I love Schwarzkopf stuff). It came out pretty faithful to the box colour, perhaps a tad more red. My hair's a mid-dark brown.
