That's the team who got knocked out by Holland... I guess it's pretty close. Their strikers were all absolutely hopeless, believe that was the year Robinho was shipped out of City. At least then you had Cesar & Maicon who'd just won the treble with Inter and were one of the best players in their respective positions, Lucio had a pretty good year with them too and Alves/Gilberto didn't have bad seasons either from what I remember.

Maybe we've been spoilt as we grew up in the era of Cafu, Roberto Carlos, Rivaldo, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho etc.

Very good game so far.
I've seen bets of £7k go on Brazil to win 1-0. Brazil won't be winning 1-0.
The final touch for Germany hasn't been there but they're looking promising :biggrin:
