Only on TSR can people turn a Brazil vs Germany thread into a Messi v Ronaldo debate:facepalm2:

Hell TSR can turn this into a feminist debate as well

They were my local team when I started. How is this relevant to Klose vs Ronaldo? :facepalm2:

That's what every Man U fan says. They were born in Manchester. Sometimes I think Manchester has a higher birth rate than countries in Asia.

They're not mutually exclusive.
I wonder which defeat is bigger, this one or their 6-0 humbling under Uruguay in 1920?

I'm not even a 'Ronaldo fan', and I think Messi is better.

“Kroos is a wonderful player, he's doing everything right: the pace in his passes is great and he sees everything. It’s nearly perfect.” Johan Cruijff on Toni Kroos.
I just realized this was the first time ever that Brazil (the supposed deities of football) conceded seven in one match. Argentina have yet to do that

...Uruguay haven't conceded seven either

(whereas the European nations that won the World Cup all conceded ludicrous amounts of goals before football turned professional)

Toni Kroos would look very neat in a United shirt.
Brazil were pants, though they haven't exactly played well in earlier rounds either, expected Germany to win, but 7-1? wowzies!

would love to see a Germany v Holland final!
After goal 2 germany were scoring for the lolz
