What's so interesting about the korean culture? Or is it just a trend?

Lately, i've noticed that way too many people have suddenly become interested in the korean culture (k-pop, shows, language in particular).

Just curious..

LANGUAGE - OK
FOOD - BEAUTIFUL
VARIETY SHOWS - simply the best.

Korean guys are hot, but only younger ones than 25. Older Koreans seem to be psychos according to the films.

But OldBoy and The Chaser are my two fave foregin language films.

And I had some Kimbap and Patbingsu today actually! Love their food!
