America isn't strictly a continent either, you can just about pull of America with América which is a city and claim to have been too lazy to have put the accent in, even if every time it's been used the person has meant United States of America.

I would assume trolling from the "America=usa" front. It is strill true that, strictly, "America" isn't allowed as the Americas that are actually ppaces aren't cities.
