Most 'modern' nations aren't comprised of natives though. Take Jordan or Australia for example. You can't base current affairs on historical entitlement. Its quite rare that a really historical nation still exists in its current incantation. China maybe?

Israel was obviously Jewish thousands of years ago. Then got conquered by Babylonians crusaders Saladin and a whole host of others. What's the cut off? You can't really assert who it historically belongs to.

In my personal opinion no group of people own a piece of land, I debated this to quite an extent.

How can you claim you deserve land, just live wherever you want. If you dont like the system then vote and change it.
