Serves 2

1 tbsp oil
250g minced beef
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 tbsp tomato purée
50ml water
1-2 tsp minced chilli
200g can red kidney beans
Salt and black pepper

Can add whatever spices you liked, I'd chuck a small onion in too. Diced.

Heat oil in pan, fry beef for 5 mins until its browned.
Add garlic and stir fry for 20-30 seconds, dont let it burn.
Stir in puree, water, chilli and kidney beans, and season it and stir fry for a few minutes heating it all through.

With the onion though, it isn't in the original recipe there, I'd probably add it just after the beef mince.

(Obviously just cook the pasta and then mix it all in)
