Lol I was starving today. The day before yesterday I had an apple and a pear the whole day. Yesterday I had a banana and an apple. plus the two hour exercise even on holiday. And today I thought I was dying. i had to have something to fill me up.

Need that energy, how could you even exercise properly, I couldn't if I didn't eat before and after fasting

Sleepings so **** most of my life is taken up by sleeping no time for play
