I guess I met someone through a Turkish Society. There was another person who asked me out at one, but I was thinking more of your typical language societies- French, German and Spanish. I know a couple of people who got together from those. They do a lot of social interactive events, and the mix in the classes are usually near 50:50 so it makes sense.

I really like Athena, Mor ve Otesi, Duman and Teoman.

Yalin isn't bad either, kucucugum herseyim and stuff.

Although i dont listen to turkish music, the artists that i have heard of and listened to are, Tarkan, ibrahim tatlises, serdar ortac (which is probably the best one imo), Ümit Besen and Manga but i dont listen to them or turkish music anymore.[h="3"]

listen to arsiz gonul or opucuk by athena. will rekindle your interest.
