GTAV could be one of my favourite games of all time, im just tlaking about the countless people here, and in youtube, who say that GTAV is a ****ty game, and for stupid reasons usually due to their nostalgia filled goggles looking back at the previous games. One poster said he had a problem because he just wants to be Franklin so somehow thats a fault in the game, for example. That's what I mean by gamers usually being so tragically simple minded.

just look around, gta v isn't the show stopper like back in 2013, it's getting a lot of **** everywhere now that it's mainstream.

Ah, yes. Sorry, I misinterpreted your post. It's the way you wrote it, but I understand now. I don't know about people underrating it these days. If anything, I still see it being rated very highly. Especially after the release of Watch Dogs. The hyperbole surrounding that game was at ridiculous levels. Nostalgia does cloud people's minds quite often. I haven't seen it in regards to this game, but I'm sure it happens.

The only thing I see people complaining about is the multiplayer, which I completely agree with. It's boring and they still haven't given us the content they promised from release.

Can you even have private lobies yet? Or choose your teams? Or not have to worry about another reset? Or not have to worry about the severs just messing up?

No idea. I don't play it any more. I just keep up with the news and look out for heists being added. I would have gone back to it if they added those. Rockstar also nerfed any good ways of reaching level 100 quickly. Kind of kills any desire I may have had to play it.

Cool story Bro..
In my opinion, GTA V was overrated. If that game was the length of GTA: San Andreas instead of actually having less story missions than GTA IV, it would of impressed me better I think. Although I still enjoyed it but it wasn't THAT good.
To be honest, with a bit of imagination, GTA is actually quite phenomenal.
