I have to choose 6 genres for each one I have to write an opening using:


- a single word
- a short sentence
- a rhetorical question
- a short section of dialogue
- a flashback


The genres I have chosen are Comedy, Romance, Drama, Fictional, Adventure and Horror.


I just need one genre to be answered so I could get an idea.

This is a the most basic example i could think of;
Horror,
Blood.
The blood dripped from the knife.
"Are you ready to die?"
"Hello, who's there?" Whispered the women
"Tick tock goes the clock i wonder where you are", replied a voice from the darkness.
While sat in the hospital bed recovering all i could see was blood everywhere, the faint glimps of the mans face haunted me when i closed my eyes. The screams of my friends dying echoed in my ears.
