Barbecue, with tartare a close second.

I'm not getting the love for chilli sauce though, it makes me gag.

I went for Worcestershire sauce on the basis that you can (and I do) use it to flavour pretty much everything.

I buy it in 2 litre bottles!

Where do you get these bottles?! I get through the small ones soo quickly it's rediculous.

Yeah, but if you don't have the Worcester, you don't have the BBQ
At least I make it with Worcester, that's actually how I found the beautiful sauce.

Sweet chilli. Hot chilli is generally bearable as long as it's mixed with something.
Some sort of chilli dip is always best :sogood:
The only reason everyone loves ketchup is because it's sweet.

And the only reason everyone loves mayo is because it's fatty and creamy.

hot sauce is the one

Have you not heard the 3 awesome things that improve food? Fat, Salt, sugar.

Adding some combination of those makes things taste delicious.

In this world, you either do, or get done.

We're the Illuminati and we're not done
I mix my mayonnaise and BBQ sauce together
This is impossible! When I was younger I would have gone with brown sauce but I've come to realise that certain condiments are the masters of certain foods.
I will have to give this considerable thought:hmmmm2:

I went for the "If i could only have one condimaent for the rest of my life" option... So i went for somethign that goes with nearly everything as opposed to something that goes on one piece of food well. E.g tartare is awesome on fish but sucks everywhere else. Mayo is universal.

ah a man of good taste.

yup i sneak a bit of it in most stuff. chicken soup. on pizzas. chicken. u name it.
Got to be tartare sauce! Smooth mayo with the sharp vinegar kick of the odd caper in there. Fish and chips are just a vehicle for tartare sauce, squeeze of lemon optional.
Soy sauce is clearly the best. Although I also love that false cheese stuff you put on burgers which is also very nice. :yum:

Don't like any of the others on that list
