If someone's spending a lot of time in the sun, or just having a busy day while it's hot, not drinking or eating could easily make them faint or have other problems.

Yh true...but what can we do...its our beautiful religion & we must abide by it...& speaking 4rm experience it is not as bad as u think...This may sound cheesy but Allah (Subhanawataala) gives us strength.

I'm loving the weather. But then I fly out to Bahrain this weekend where it's going to be 40+ so the hotter it is here the better to prepare me for it.
