How?: Keep doing the test.

Took me a grand total of 5 times to boost my IQ by 64.

It's ok.. If you are Year 9, Sophie, you are too young too worry about this..

So your IQ is imaginary.

Doesn't sound very good when you say it like that does it?

I don't hold much trust in the online tests. They often don't take into consideration age, which is a significant part of the test; as it's age relative.
There are more reputable proper tests that you can take IRL though; had a look at some as part of my psychology degree.
I have gotten scores from 100-120 in the past. IMO IQ's don't really count for all that much.

I agree. Do you think it is worth me taking a proper test?

Hi!

I wasn't sure where to put this thread, but here I am!

Out of interest, I was wondering what all of your IQs are for those of you who have taken a test.

Although it was only a free online test I took ( and it was the first I've ever taken ), so it was probably not the most accurate, I got 116.

Is this good considering that I'm in Year 9? Could my IQ improve? If so, how can I improve it?

Thank you! I look forward to seeing your replies.

I did one that said I had IQ of 137 but it was just an online test so I'm dubious as to how accurate it was. 116 is a good score - anything above 100 is above average. You can improve it by just exercising your mind similarly to how people exercise their bodies.

Alright. Thanks! 137 is very good. Would you ever consider doing a proper pen-and-paper IQ test or do you not see the point?

Hey! Congrats on your IQ score :O From what I've read your score is considered 'above average' so congrats! It's a good score no matter what age, but seeing as you're only in year 9 it's really good and may even go up because you still have a few years of school left  I just finished my A levels and I think my IQ is 120  I'm not sure how you could improve your IQ, though I'm sure reading won't hurt!

Oh, thank you very much!

No idea. Probably very high or probably very low, or probably in between.

So basically, you have no clue! Haha. You should take a test!

Hmm, I'd consider it if given the opportunity but I certainly wouldn't pay for it or anything because it's a fairly pointless number. It's so unrepresentative of what people experience on a day-to-day basis - I'd personally rather be intelligent in a real-world way than a "what number is missing from this pattern" way.
I got 102 in a national IQ test that was being streamed on live TV.
not sure if thats mid average or high average
IQ tests aren't accurate , but my last one was 135.
