"You should all know better than this"

One teacher who was really nice always walked round the tables when we were working and went:

"Sup?"

that one was funny!

You'd find yourself doing the same things if you were faced with trying to control the behaviour of 30 kids I bet

Probably would

That's why I'm not gonna go into teaching haha.

Well it's more of an army cadets one, but when they want something done quick they always say "and with the speed of a thousand gazelles be gone." So annoying.

I hate it when I get told to stay behind after class for being a "naughty little boy" who "needs a spanking"!
When everyone starts putting their stuff away and the teacher's like 'Hold on, we still have THREE MINUTES left of the lesson'
My school has loads of sayings, like:

"It'll do won't do!"

(With regards to punctuality) "ten to nine, draw the line"

"be a goodie, don't wear a hoodie"

A teacher once said to me "The crown is slipping" because I was a quiet guy and usually got the top mark in my class, but someone else beat me in an exam...ffs I was just there to get my uni offer.

"This is your future not mine"

"Even if you fail I still get my pay packet at the end of the month"

"You should be a role model for the younger students"

"Tuck your shirt in"

"Be quiet while the register is being done- I must get this right, if theres a fire and I miss someone out they could die"

"Stop copying him/her they are not going to be with you in the exam"

"If you're sitting next to someone who you think will disrupt you move now"

"Take responsibility of your own education"

if your teacher said this you should report him/her to the authorities.

you may well be in line for substantial compensation.
