Just practice every day, do 5 then rest then do 5 a lot of times.

Also try benching, close grip and wide grip, also get some curling in, for a training programme I recommend Stronglifts 5x5

It is a good programme you get good gains. My squat has gone up from 60kg (if I did that my quads would be killing me the next day) and now I can do 100 and my quads won't hurt the next day. I'm gonna stay at 100, perfect for for a while then move on.

Get protein in aswell as calories.

Did first sesh. Automatically assumed barbell weighed 10-15kg but wasn't sure, hadn't held it without any weights on it till that point.

Turns out it weighs 2kg. 13kg less than I thought I was doing. Triceps hit hard.
