This thread is even more pointless than your curls one rofl. Too many different variants/form 'cheats' possible. But then you know that anyway.

Rowed 82.5 kg for 5x5 and 85 for 3x5. I think. Might have had 85 for 5x5, can't remember.

~88kg

It's not even that strong tbh, plenty of people here with better numbers.
72.5kg T-bar row at 74kg BW but t bar rows have a shorter ROM

82.5kg or 85 barbell row for 3 @ bw I forget which... Probs in the last workout of my blog tbh
80kg Pendlay row @ 82kg for reps ages ago..
There was a large amount of time between them as I dropped rows due to injury for a while

T bar.. I forget lol

This depends so much on style and cheating. Yates style - can move more weight vs conventional barbell row usually
The more upright.. The more trap involvement and hence can shift more weight.

what sort of barbell row, lol

I'm sure I could penally row 200kg lol

More realistic though 140-160kg for 10,

at 80kg

in fact that thread has just annoyed the **** out of me.... another pointless thread of yours. you probably do yates rows and class them as barbell rows, you don't even now the different variations.

Damn dude, 44kg is extremely low. I used to do 60kg (at 85kg body mass) which is also extremely weak.
