should i have kept my hair long? (pics)

i have eye assymetry, so i always keep a flick of hair at the front and juggle it about depending on which eye i wanna show.

I either keep it long i keep it short with a hat. Take into account that my head is very big for my 5'9 frame so keeping it short makes my head look less big.
