How to tell if he likes you?

Hi so I bet this boy on a night out, we got talking for 15-20mins 3 weeks ago and been texting ever since we met up on a night out on Saturday we both had a drink but we can still remember talking he kissed me and made sure I got to the taxi with my friends okay and rang when I got home, I like him and he's text me first since, but do I wait for him to ask me if we want to meet up or do I ask him? Any signs tips or help

It's quite obvious that he likes you, after all he was concerned enough to ensure you got into the taxi after your night out. Arrange another meeting , and I'll bet he will jump at the chance of being with you again. You'll be fine so don't worry.
