What happens if i meet the requirements for A level and the english requirement (ielts) bit no the igsce and gsce ( i have 0) cause i transferred to a british school for grade12

If you didn't take GCSEs then usually UK universities will accept the equivalent from the school system you attended.
If in doubt email the unis you're interested in and ask them.

Noone on TSR can answer on behalf of the universities concerned - you'll have to contact them directly. Bumping the thread isn't going to get you an answer.
