Before you do anything, have you spoken to someone about this? Like a counselor?
Now, I'm not saying you have self-image issues and I'm not trying to stop you from getting surgery, I'm just wondering how much thought you've given this?
Have you considered the likelihood of you being disappointed with the results? I know personally of someone who spent over £4000 on her first nose job and she was very disappointed with the results. All she has done since is spent money on additional surgeries. She's somewhat content with her current appearance but she wishes she could have her old nose back and regrets ever getting the surgery.
If you do have self-image issues, these must be addressed as no amount of surgery will change this. Sure you might feel better about your appearance after surgery but it will be short lived, sooner or later you'll zero in on another supposed flaw in your appearance and will want to correct that surgically too.
Just try and get as much information as you possibly can and shop around. Explore different surgeons and book as many consultations with the surgeons as possible - ask to see their portfolio and maybe if you can get in to touch with people who have had surgery with them previously so you can talk to them about it too. Don't do anything until you're well informed, willing to consent and ready to accept any possible outcome.
Good luck whatever you decide to do!
