facial slimming excercises to slim the face :smile:

I do them every single day. I had OP's exact problem. I wanted to get curvier but it ALL went to my face and my face became like a chipmunk.

So I researched facial exercises to slim it :colondollar:

I didn't notice anything till everyone started telling me how much thinner it was.

I use a coffee mask every morning too and drink 10 glasses of water a day to reduce any water retention and puffiness.

My face is back to slim now and the big ass is still there :smile:

No, I eat 2000 calories a day every day, come rain come shine. It was the exercises. You should research them. They're very popular, a lot of youtube demos.

it doesn't matter what food you eat

as long as you're eating in a calorie surplus and doing the appropriate exercise you will get the results you want

healthy diet and all that dont work
i do not want professional advice i just want the advice of people who have experienced this
if what they say is going to be professional then so be it

it is the experience that matters to me i am trying to find trends and patterns then apply it to myself

Yes, everyone's working hard on their ass these days (blame Kim K!).

I am naturally size 6ish so I had to work against my body to gain weight. I'm African so my weight goes to my lowe half, however not all Africans are born curvy. I was naturally very very skinny.

It took a lot of trial and error for me to gain weight healthily and naturally.

Africans eat a lot of carbs...

My weight gain diet was :

- eat 2000-2200 calories a day
- a portion of that must include peanut butter
- the rest I ate grains and nuts (cashews, beans, rices)
- proteins (my fish and chicken etc)
- then before bed I drank my shake.

I also exercised during this time also.....

I worked out 4 days a week (2 'butt days' 2 'stomach days)

and every night I did a facial excercise....

I fell off big time tho and I'm not as dedicated anymore :redface:

Girls in the UK are not that devoted this is why i am all jelled up
I am so baffled to how local people just got that big waist without looking obese first

No way! I'm a Brit. I live in London. ha!

American girls are hard to judge due to the number of them getting cosmetic surgery I can't trust instagram pictures.

Well if you want results you've got to work for it :colondollar:
Genetics. Everyone gains weight differently. No matter how skinny I am I still have a little belly, whereas some girls always have chunky thighs. You can only really add mass without fat on your lower body through squats, getting bigger boobs can only really be done through gaining weight. Even then, if you're not predisposed to gaining on your boobs then there would be no more chance of them growing than say, your arms getting fatter.

Id like to know what all these girls eat, i started to see this weight loss pattern when apparently majority of girls started smoking.. so clearly it is not genetic
Boob job. Many athletic girls get boob jobs because no amount of exercise can make your boobs bigger. Some girls are lucky enough to have both a naturally large cleavage and maintain a healthy body shape. If you're not one of them, then it's time to call a surgeon. Make sure it's a surgeon who knows what they're doing and won't make you look too fake.

some people i know have that figure and they don't go gym

I used to be 'curvy' few years ago but i lost weight, so i had big bum big boobs etc but because i felt fat, i lost weight. At that time my face was not chubby.
I am perfectly fine with losing weight and can do it easily using my own methods :colondollar: and my face isn't a problem now but when i do put on weight, i goes to my face although i know how to get rid of it, i dont like it

this is the whole reason why i am asking advice on how to GAIN proportionate weight on my HIPS mainly and my BOSOMS


some yardies take steroids meant to fatten up chickens. but its pretty bad for you and just fattens you all over.

hormones is the biggest thing. thats probably what sends the fat to your face.
may i ask what is it you do that removes fat from your face?

do sit ups to help your stomach.

also squats won't do anything on its own. if anything the more squats you do the smaller your ass will become. what you need to do is have heavy weights when you do squats. you need to do 10 reps of weighted squats. you must be ONLY JUST able to do the last rep.

lots of repetitions make your muscles smaller. so to get rid of fat arms i would do lots of light repetitive exercise to get rid of that.

in terms of diet.
ackee has good fats.
cassava will be good too.
Avocado

are good at building fat ontop of muscle.
Lentils
Legumes
Barley

good healthy stuff for work outs.
Eggs
Yogurt
Sweet Potato
****aake Mushrooms
light meats like chicken or salmon are also good.

taking oestrogen will also help.

swimming will also be good for you to tone up.

i do not need to lose weight i just want to put on in certain Areas.
Thanks for your input though, I will try making a diet based on foods you mentioned

I have weird ways to get rid of fat from face/arm
but i just don't like the idea that when i put on weight, it might go to my chin etc
