Yes, everyone's working hard on their ass these days (blame Kim K!).
I am naturally size 6ish so I had to work against my body to gain weight. I'm African so my weight goes to my lowe half, however not all Africans are born curvy. I was naturally very very skinny.
It took a lot of trial and error for me to gain weight healthily and naturally.
Africans eat a lot of carbs...
My weight gain diet was :
- eat 2000-2200 calories a day
- a portion of that must include peanut butter
- the rest I ate grains and nuts (cashews, beans, rices)
- proteins (my fish and chicken etc)
- then before bed I drank my shake.
I also exercised during this time also.....
I worked out 4 days a week (2 'butt days' 2 'stomach days)
and every night I did a facial excercise....
I fell off big time tho and I'm not as dedicated anymore
