As far as I have seen:
Well all the gulf look down on yemenis.
Algerians and moroccans despise ( maybe too strong of a word) each other
Egyptians look down on sudanese, and saudis look down on both.
Sadly the arabs are not as united as they should be.
Lebanese look down on everyone else.
BTW this is an extreme generalisation from things I have seen, and might not be a true representation of the majority of the populations of the countries mentioned above.

Honestly I don't know, could be that, could be because most arabs consider lebanese to be the highest taste ( well at least gulf arabs) when it comes to fashion and women.
Also I only speak of personal interactions and conversations which again I say could be an extreme generalisation, but they do say no smoke without fire.
MY hope is that unity comes soon for the middle east.

I was able to generalise with Somalis because their skin colour is black.

They are generally thought of as very ignorant people who don't know much about anything. Whether or not this is true, I don't know.
