Yeah, Lallana is a ******** tbh. And Liverpool paying the same money as Kroos is mind blowing. Forster aint brilliant tbh, there is a reason we kept Krul and dumped Forster for 2 mil to Celtic, I certainly wouldn't want to pay the rumoured 9mil fee that has been quoted recently.

See, I agree about reinvestment, but as a Newcastle fan, we rarely seen the money put back into the team. We may have spent 25mil this summer, but we raised 30+ from the sale of Cabaye and Debuchy. Just hope for your sake that your board see sense and spend all of the money that is brought in from sales, or I can see you struggling this year.

Yeah, I understand Lambert, he came from their academy and wants one last shot to play infront of his boyhood club, can hardly blame him when he is coming towards the end of his career. Lallana and Shaw are disgusting tbh, it annoys me that they are tearing your club apart buy all leaving at once, the damage could be huge if they aren't replaced. My mate says Chambers is decent, but he only had like 15 appearences last season, he is hardly proven, so 16mil seems way over the top. Even with the English price tag added on top.

For a taller keeper he is woeful at commanding his area from crosses and set pieces. Like appalling. But agreed, Boruc should be easily upgraded on. I really liked the look of Rojo at the world cup, would of loved him here tbh.

Yeah, it more about getting the ST the right kind of service, so providing people like Tadic perform, Pelle should hopefully have no issues. Although he is quite slow and tall, also not sure what his positioning and movement are like.

Well, even with a new board, the money from player sales should atleast give them a chance of replacing the outgoing players with quality ones. And you should still be a better team than half the Premiership, even before the team gels together :tongue:
