I haven't read anything else you've written but this is great advice that so many people in this thread need to take heed of! Too many people complain about not liking their lives, instead of just making it better. Sing this stuff loud, preacher boi!

You may be at a point where you physically can't do anything - I'd be naive to recognise that but yeah. At the points you do feel up to doing things; make hay when the sun shines! Even if it's just little steps at first...

lol now you're being even more confusing than me :P
What I meant was that ideally we should put those who truly matter ahead of ourselves, if they'd do the same for us. Then concentrate on ourselves. But we're talking people in serious situations so I think I got it wrong..I do have a tendency to write essays to myself when messaging other people tbh
