Apparently my legs are skinny :tongue: so that being said I'm just gonna do some back aha and leave legs for Friday then start working it twice a week!

Twice a week? Legs are one of the biggest muscle groups.

Use SL 5x5 train them every other day with heavy squats.

I do legs once a week. I mix it up between squats, good mornings, leg press, hamstring curls, quad extensions, walking lunges and calf raises.

Ah no. My relaxed hair is back to normal after a few months. I'm leaving it natural for a bit as the chemicals seemed to affect it adversely after awhile (dyes and relaxing products).
