Tried out squats with shoes and belt. Think it probably did more harm than good atm as it felt a bit alien. Hopefully will get better over the next few sessions. Didn't bother recording the squat top set as lots of people were in the way of my recording spot lol. Just have a warmup of 150kg as I wanted to check my depth as they felt high although in reality they seemed way below parallel!
Felt tired after squatting though and it seemed to make benching and deadlifting feel hard although camera shows bar speed was very good.
