I can speak Lebanese,which is like a dialect of Arabic. My standard Arabic is basic

I understand. Likewise I speak Algerian dialect of Arabic. But, my understanding of standard Arabic is pretty good. Maybe that's because there isn't much difference between my dialect and the standard arabic. So what are you studying by the way ?

Ahh,Lebanese is pretty different to the standard Arabic. Still in high school urghh

Haha yeah we pretty much learn the same stuff first year! + yeah I've heard from mates that first year is pretty straight forward (fingers crossed).
