Any accountancy firms hire a 2.2 candidate

Been looking at some int he top fifty biggest accountancy firms and seems like they all want a 2.1 really diss appointing, anyone know of any who don't or require aat instead. As I'm going,to study aat

thanks, thats great but i got bbc, which i think is 260 or 280. if i did another alevel, does this ad on to your points? i forgot how ucas points works. im going to do aat which can class as 160 ucas points

I was in the same boat. What I did was I joined a non graduate scheme/ school leaver scheme. A bit depressing but hey in 3/years you are making big money!!

Did you do an AS-level? BBC is 280 so any pass in an AS-level will bring you to/past 300!

Most of the accountancy firms look for 2.1s no matter how big or small. As I said have a go at non grad intake scheme sjch as school leaver schemes ; PwC do a scheme called Higher Apprentice for example. Also, LandRover, Unilever, NHS all do Finance schemes where you only need a 2.2. There a loads mate. pm me and I'm happy to help you locate a few more.
