A month of CL action is greater than a month of the prem or the world cup. From quarters onwards it outdoes the world cup. International football is overrated.

Yes it does. Because to know the reason why can either validate or invalidate an argument. It's down to a lot of football being played in a short space of time. People aren't bothered enough to watch multiple games from different leagues every weekend but it's pretty easy for somebody to do that in the WC. All they have to do is watch channel 1 then channel 3. Plus since most fans are the average armchair pundits everybody watching the games and making clueless opinions are just as clueless as each other.
