You heard me correctly. They should be exterminated for making such a heavy burden on the healthcare system since it's completely avoidable. Especially since majority of them like to claim obesity is a disease. Somebody tried to say that people were uneducated for complaining about people saying they're addicted to food.

You see no sympathy for heroin addicts but all the fat person has to do is eat a ****ing salad and run some more and they'll get rid of their fatness and they get the easy way out by having half their stomach cut off via a gastric band.

It's absolutely an abhorrent practise to eat copious amounts of unhealthy food and then complain about their obesity.

Your bmi is 24.5 and you'd have to be completely ripped to have a body fat percentage so much lower than that, which given you're trying to cut 7kg, you're not.

I'm fairly ripped tbf. Like I said to SUG I can burn off 1000 calories in an hour and 15 mins by cycling and I used to cycle 30-40 miles every single saturday in about 2-3 hours.

75kg is probably around 6% body fat for me and tbh i reckon i'd just lose muscle.

I'm just using 75kg as a target.

If I was ripped and weighed 15kg more I would probably drop around 15mph in speed.

Unless you're doing other stuff throughout the week that's not that much once averaged out. Diet's most important though, will have to be fairly solid for sub 15%.

Yeah 6% is pretty unrealistic.

I eat salad or oats for breakfast, have some meat like grilled chicken or fish with pasta/rice for my lunch and eat a bit of yoghurt for dinner. I drink a lot of water and the only sugary thing I eat is lucozade.

It's pretty solid imo.
