You are worth a lot more than the grades you got(early entry) or going to get on a piece of paper so please dont let those grades decide your fate. Also there are other options for example Btecs so its not completely the end of the world if you dont get the grades. You did the best that you could and if you have not i guess you have learnt your lesson that its though out there so be prepared...Remember life does not go in a straight line so dont stress of over exam results...as it is not all about going to Cambridge or oxford-you dont have to go there to make something good out of your life so do what suits you.

Always Remember "Winners are to busy to be sad, to positive to be doubtful, to optimistic to be fearful, and too determined to be defeated."

Edit: It is not all about a piece of paper with your name on it

Which I agree with, but the reality shows that a paper can in fact decide your fate... Its best to stop lying to yourselves unfortunately :frown:

I'm so worried, I am actually starting to feel sick. I hate the fact people say GCSE's aren't important because they are to some people. I need a B in English Language and Literature to do Literature A-Level and I also need certain GCSE results for University. I just hope grade boundaries are low :/

Is anyone planning of staying up till Midnight tomorrow? To see if any grade boundaries are going to be released? Edexcel released their A-level boundaries at midnight? Anyone planning an all nighter? I am plus it'll be my birthday then on the 20th so yay!

It's funny how you say you want grade boundaries to be low, but you don't realise that grade boundaries are adjusted depending on candidates' performance and they will be lowered if this year's candidates did badly. Including you.
