I'm wondering how you find out about freshers events , as I haven't heard any news on what events there are or anything and not sure how I would find out about them.



You'll get an information pack sent through the post from the university once you are officially accepted, detailing freshers amongst other things. It's not been confirmed yet anyway (guests, DJ's, events etc).

Also, join the Coventry freshers group on Facebook (not sure if the official one is up yet).

Not a clue, I never bought one. I don't remember there being any significant perk to them, except maybe getting into places earlier.
