You can't apply for direct entry to any medical course with those grades.
You have some options for medicine with a foundation year though most unis that offer that only offer it to students without science a levels.
From what I know, Nottingham and Southhampton are the only unis that offer 6 yr MBBS/MBChB medicine with a foundation year to students who have done chemistry (with minimum grade b/c)
All the other universities who offer 6 yr Mbbs with foundation years only offer it to students with high grades (AAA-AAB/ABB) who didn't do chemistry /science a levels (Manchester, Sheffield, keele, UEA, Cardiff)
