I disagree lol but thanks

Pressing coming along nicely

I'd do facepulls instead of reverse flys, feel it more in my rear delts and a slow negative for dat bro TUT is awesome. Personal preference tbh.

Looking forward to uni? Where you going?

Facepulls make my right shoulder click on the negative :/ I've watched Omar Isuf's videos on them and Ive used correct form but the shoulder still clicks :frown:

Going to strathclyde to do Primary Education, can't wait to get started

Started uni and there's an awesome gym so I'm going to start doing stronglifts when I get my membership sorted out...

What accessory exercises should I do? I can't do dips due to shoulder problems and chins due to elbow problems..

I'm thinking hammer curls, tricep extensions and rear felt flies?

Chins... elbows? Really? Man thats screwed up

What about ordinary pull ups?

Facepulls and rear delt flies

Some curl

CGBP for tris if your elbows can do it

If you want another row, DB row is great tbh

Hope freshers was good

Yeah it's the pesky ulnar nerve...snaps round my elbow when doing chins/pull-ups :frown:

Yeh CGBPs are absolutely fine, would they hinder my progression on bench nah?

Freshers was fantastic ta

I'll do some CGBP then

Yep, lat pulldowns have always been fine so I'll probably add them in as well! Cheers :P

I like to add in cgbp, Incline db press, shoulder press, and a tonne of back work

If you cba with all of that definitely add cgbp, am extra back movement, and a rear delt movement like face pulls
