Not that surprising when you think about it. You can basically dismiss anyone outside of the top 4-5 teams because of the difference in budgets. When you consider the evolution of transfer fees and the average time in the job. Net spenders there so Jose's sale of Mata and Luiz doing things for him, keeps Wenger out, and bring BRs total down.

Mark Hughes - £224.6m (Manchester City only)Sir Alex Ferguson - £222.7m (Manchester United, Premier League only)
Roberto Mancini - £183.8m (Manchester City)
Jose Mourinho - £174m (Chelsea)
Louis van Gaal - £141.7m (Manchester United)
Manuel Pellegrini - £120.71m (Manchester City)
Brendan Rodgers - £120m.13m (Liverpool)
Carlo Ancelotti - £113.63m (Chelsea)
Rafa Benitez - £105.94m (Liverpool)

Let's be honest, there's more chance of him and the Pope Eiffel Towering Capri Cavani then him signing Edison Cavani...

Why is everyone so emotionally attached? I'm not too fussed, at least it is a step up from a few years ago when we would sign no-one good AND sell our star players to rival clubs. We have not degraded from last year, so I'm fine with that.
