I missed out on accommodation because I'm joining through clearing, so I'm having to commute. Just wanted to know if anyone else was commuting?

You can look into Private Accommodation, that's what I'm doing since I also missed out on Accommodation :frown:

I managed to get private accommodation too. It won't be the same experience as halls but I couldn't travel up from Wales haha.
I'm driving from Ripley x
I'll be driving in the winter and on my motorbike otherwise. I live in Ilkeston with my husband and I'm sure there'll be times when halls look very inviting, haha! xx
I'm in my second year and I drive from Sheffield everyday. Don't worry about missing out on accommodation, you'll make friends in halls and you can stop over :wink:
It's £140 a year for a permit at Markeaton Park (15 min walk from uni) :smile:
