Just awesome lifting lately. Giant bench, just beaten my deadlift and the high rep press is looking good.

Just read your recent stuff properly. Nice gains! Impressed with squat PB the day after a deadlift PB too.

Ended up touch and going most reps, bar felt pretty heavy, combination of bicep pain and CNS fatigue from deadlifting.

Used to train shoulders a lot and had pretty good delts. It's a pun on "maximus decimus meridius" and gladiator.
