You have got following

1cosθsinθ\displaystyle \frac{1-\cos \theta}{\sin \theta}

Multiply both the numerator and the denominator by 1+cosθ1+\cos \theta

In the numerator use the identity of (1cosθ)(1+cosθ)=1cos2θ=sin2θ(1-\cos \theta)(1+\cos \theta)=1-\cos^2 \theta=\sin^2 \theta

sinθ\sin \theta will be cancelled
then
divide both the numerator and denominator by sinθ\sin \theta
