Wrong - the fact that she had to look for a long time for a surgeon to perform this is evidence that they thought it was unethical. I wonder whether she even had a psychological evaluation before this? Clearly the surgeon did not think of the negative long term impacts of this.

My bull**** sense is tingling. Snopes very reasonably points out that the only photos of this extra breast come from the woman's own Facebook or YouTube, with no external verification from any media sources. I'd bet my third ******* that this is just ridiculous click bait journalism.

My photoshop senses are tingling, for one it's a very old image, secondly it's badly done, thirdly, I doubt any doctor would be able to get away with doing this, third, that's not how breast implants work/look (based on the picture)
