Oh, I think I will probably leave my school as mine is just >>> :puke:

Thanks, I never get that :colondollar:, how did you come up with yours

Ahaha, my school is actually quite good overall, but I just need a change of environment. serious change

And I have the same name as 'Jem (Jeremy) Finch'. (TKAM to clarify)
It's rather reminiscent of past aspiration to become a lawyer.
All changed now though.

Duke of Edinburgh was just something I could not squeeze into my hectic life. You're really lucky you had the chance to do it

Me too :sadnod:, there are some around me that would not mind attending so it is all good

Oh wow... :moon:
What type of lawyer to be specific? :ahee::five:

I was actually supposed to move to New York, however I refused (this was post-year 7 not wanting to leave friends etc. - foolish) - I wanted to do Criminal/Corporate as it is known to be rather exciting in the US (if you reach the top of course  ).
I was thinking of doing the same thing here - i.e Criminal Bar, but was just put off by the risky competition.

:mmm: How did the situation go?
I want to do EU/International or Corporate Law :yep: steady pay and they are bother (especially the former) fields of law that I adore
I don't think the competition should daunt you as long as you are confident that you have the right qualification and skills etc. either way you can choose between soliciting and barristing years from now :fyi:

Um well I ended up staying in London haha.

Seems like we have (or I had rather) the same interests in heart.
At one point I also wanted to do Law with German Law haha (I find German rather easy and as I have been to Germany a few times it is really is a great place).
I've taken heavy interest in the medical field (it was always a option stuffed in the back of my mind next to banking).
Both my parents work in hospitals so obviously there was some encouragement from them anyway.

My guess you're leaning towards becoming a barrister?
I had my heart set on becoming a QC for a long time.
Goodnight!

I think so and don't worry. We have 'ages' until we're 25 (maximum age for DofE). You can do it in this 10 years whenever you have the chance. I just want to keep up with everything.

The thought of being 25 years old makes me cry. :frown:

By the way, what sixth forms are you thinking of applying to? (if you have any in mind - if not then thats fine aha)

I'd love to do Law with French Law:ahee:, how was Germany?
Pretty good. It's (very) modern, and clean. I swear - I don't remember seeing any trash on the streets/pavement/roads. That's saying something.

How could you tell?

I'm psychic.

What do you like about Medicine:redface:

Everything interests me. From the anatomy of the human body, to the way it works, to performing surgeries - saving lives, and the overall constant pace of the job. So much to go on about, but wouldn't want to bore you.

Oh, and the blue scrub suits are dashing.

Don't even... Beyoncé is the bae. Do. Not. Disgrace. Her.

To busy to read :hand:

Beyoncé is so hot. ^forgot to remove the quote stuff so read up there :/ sorry

What happened? :frown::console:

I remembered that we had a double lesson of Physics today but our teacher puts the powerpoints on fronter so it's all good

I'm feeling a lot better now, thanks

 Good hear you're feeling better.

Don't worry. Just things happening in life and all that. :h:

But you see how quiet this thread is during school time now... :ninja:
I'm so happy to be home! How is everyone?
