Yes, at perhaps a massively inflated price compared to what you sold yours for (and illegally).

Not to mention it needs to be a match and your body may reject it.

And the operation will not take place in a clean, safe hospital with top, well qualified doctors.

And lots of other problems too.

That is not donating though- that is selling.
I don't think you can sell your Kidney or any other organ in this country.
