Question about A level PE

Hi I'm currently doing GCSE PE and I'm hoping to achieve an A/A* as it is my strongest subject. I'm wondering is A level PE a big step up from GCSE as I'm scared it'll be really hard and also is there no practical involved at all?

AS is 40% practical.

A2 is 30% practical, making the A level 35% practical overall.

I'm doing OCR. We cover three topic: anatomy and physiology, acquiring movement skills and socio-cultural studies. Some stuff is from GCSE but it goes in a bit more detail.

Specifically OCR, but I think OFQUAL requires them all to have the same proportions.
