I'm feeling like my confidence is dwindling and I really don't like that. I need confidence to be out-going and helping me to give it that extra push for work. I'm starting to feel like Uni is too overwhelming and that I'm going to sink rather than swim :sad: I'm trying hard to get my confidence steady :redface:

Don't beat yourself up about it. I still text E (abusive tutor from undergrad) and it's four years since it all ended! We're always gonna have blips - what matters is keeping sane and safe and how we progress forward from the blips :hugs:

Not sure, might have done but I wiped it out and more blood's appeared, it kind of hurts as well so who knows! :redface:
