What guy?
Met someone really nice last night, I was being sick and my flatmate was holding my hair for me (long hair problems... So happy I had it cut) and someone who I've never seen before apart from earlier in the night stayed with me and took over from holding my hair he must have been there for like half an hour and wouldn't leave till he knew I was okay! So sweet

Educational question haha. With Harvard Referencing, do you have to reference your own knowledge so to speak?

You can't reference you're own knowledge, but you can find an academic source to back it up unless it's common knowledge (ie 2+2 = 4)
