I'm okay *hugs* it was about two years ago and the mistake I made was that you only need to relaxer in european hair for 10 minutes and not 25 minutes minutes and none of it is to touch the scalp!

With the bleach I just left it in for too long, but with practice I've become better and haven't burnt myself since- thankfully
