Aww, mumps! ;( We take both exams this year

Posted from TSR Mobile

I did both in may 2014. Had a week in between the first and second exam. Caught mumps on the day before first exam (unit 3). Sad life...
I'm so stunned by everybody's dedication right now.

I've started making me revision Flashcards and things, but I doubt I'm actually going to use them for quite a while! 0_0

It takes time, I know that much. I was so upset in form my form tutor was like "Oh, Anna. I know what you need. Chocolate, bubble baths, duvet days and your friends and family. One day there'll come a day when you can't believe you were so upset about it." I believe her.

Also

Don't bother with relationships until older. :mm:

Sounds like a pretty cool tutor

And meh. I can't bring myself to socialise with guys seeing as I go to an all girl's school... It would mean having to drag myself places. I am such a social being  And i can be extremely socially awkward if I try. :colondollar:
How many tests do you guys have?
If I have to count,
Biology
Chemistry
Physics
Maths A
Maths B
Eng Lang
Eng Lit
History
Business
Drama
Computer Science

Probably have a lot more. :frown:
English (x2)
Maths
Music (x2)
Textiles
Child Development
Food Technology
Science

And that's it. I think.

English Lit
English Lang
Maths - will have two exams for it
Physics - ditto ^
Biology- ditto ^
Chemistry - ditto ^
History - I think 2 exams? not sure
Geography - yup, two again
Latin - ******* four exams
French - 3? Speaking, Listening, Reading + Writing

This is roughly. Not sure if you meant GCSEs or actual 'exams' where I have to sit down and die.... So I did actual exams.

Had an ISA and the first half of an English controlled assessment today :frown: plus I think I'm starting a biology ISA just as soon as I finish this one. I'm not too keen on coursework and controlled assessments at the moment, I'm starting to think I actually prefer exams.

Yh man with u tgere . the coursework has been driving me nuts 🌰. But don't worry you'll be fine. Though I'm starting to get the feeling of rather having exams😅

Today in music we were learning about Caribbean music, and we were listening to some reggae. My boyfriend told me this joke, which has altered my perception of reggae and will no doubt trigger sniggers in the exam should it come up:

How does Bob Marley like his doughnuts?
With jam in'.
