Volunteering? It doesn't have to be at a charity shop! Maybe a library or helping regularly on project? :smile:
Physical doesn't have to be a sport you already do! :tongue: Anyway, what about kayaking? You could do that!

Yeah maybe.
Um I'd have to show improvement. And train and nowhere to train by me.
Also the cost of buying a tent sleeping bag ect and going on courses are all so scary

Because some things are opinions. Anything in politics for example are opinions (apart from election results)

It is an opinion because you can't back it up.
say if I said that my opinion is that a dude is hot
I don't have evidence for that

because you might look at a dude and be like ew wtf he's ugly

then it can be proven, in this case it is correct.

Exactly, I don't think stuff unless I (at least think) can prove it/provide sufficient evidence.
